Statements often close their days in broker time (e.g. UTC+2/+3) while the monitoring uses UTC: small balance differences at the period edges show as ≈ (close enough) and do not block reconciling.

Suggestions come from the indicator and count immediately; confirm them against your broker statement. Ignored entries never count and are not suggested again. "Transfer…" turns an entry into a transfer to one of your other accounts and records the other side there too.
